The kitchen of the Hotel Aurora is a cuisine inspired by the local and marine gastronomic tradition , the ingredients that are used are carefully chosen for their freshness and taste, the recipes are those of the Marche-Romagna cuisine with lots of fish, meat and vegetables along with dishes international, so as to satisfy every palate.
